Pricing for 20 to 80 high-resolution edited images:

• Up to 1000 sq ft ~ $140
• 1001-2000 sq ft ~ $170
• 2001-3000 sq ft ~ $220
• 3001-4000 sq ft ~ $270
• 4001-5000 sq ft ~ $320
• 5001-6000 sq ft ~ $370

Turnaround time is within 24 hours for average size real estate listings. 2-3 days for Airbnbs and large projects.

Additional charges apply for:

• Twilight Photography (Starting at $60 -- requires separate appointment)
• Detail photos of Airbnb amenities such as food and drink staging, hot tubs, etc.
• Travel beyond Louisville & Southern Indiana
• Extensive Photoshop retouching
• Rush turnaround

All prices are subject to KY state tax.
